WELLNESS CARE

When you get a pet for the first time, making sure your new friend receives all appropriate treatment and services is vital to their overall health and happiness.

  • New Puppies and Kittens - We offer in depth first puppy and kitten visits. During your visit our veterinarians conduct a head-to-tail physical exam, provide dietary recommendations, ideas for safe play and exercise, and tips on house training. Our goal is to make sure your pet gets to live the happy and painless life they deserve.


  • Annual Wellness Care - Even when your pet is healthy, wellness exams are vital. Pets should be seen annually to ensure that any issues are detected early. During this visit we perform a complete physical examination during which we evaluate: weight, temperature, heart and lungs, eyes, ears, teeth, abdomen, skin & coat, and screen for orthopedic issues.

  • Senior Care - As pets age they become more prone to injury and chronic disease. The American Veterinary Medical Associate recommends twice yearly wellness exams for our older patients. Our goal at Peshtigo Veterinary Clinic we want to keep your senior pet as active and comfortable as possible. Wellness care is the way to do so! Many pets require medications or supplements in their golden years and our team will help determine what is best for your best friend.
